The ozone generator uses sufficiently dried and purified air or oxygen as raw materials, generating ozone using a concentric cylindrical inner glass tube and an outer stainless steel tube with a silent discharge type medium frequency inverter. The cooling of the ozone generator is achieved by circulating filled cooling water (ion-exchanged water) with an air-cooled chiller and pump. The control of the ozone injection amount is performed by adjusting the discharge power under a constant raw gas flow rate, thereby changing the generated ozone concentration (= ozone generation amount).
